“STEAM Narrative Coding in Childhood Education”
An international event dedicated to educational innovation, where experts, educators, researchers, and social actors will share best practices and insights on how to promote computational thinking, creativity, and inclusion in early childhood and primary education.
Part of the Erasmus+ Project STORYCODE (2023–2026), co-funded by the European Commission, and developed in collaboration with schools in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Lithuania.
This event is part of the 9th Conference on Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Neurodevelopment and Context & Story Code International Conference, taking place on Friday, May 23, 2025, at the Universidad Europea de Madrid (Alcobendas Campus).
Organised by the Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology at Universidad Europea, this flagship event brings together leading professionals, educators, researchers and families to explore key topics in mental health, neurodevelopment and inclusive education. Over the years, the conference has become a national and international benchmark for the exchange of knowledge and innovative practices in clinical psychology, education, social inclusion, and STEAM-based digital storytelling in childhood education.
Participants will experience a unique day of learning, music and collaboration, featuring keynote lectures, roundtables, an inclusive rock concert, and the Story Code International Conference, showcasing the impact of narrative coding on children's creativity, social development, and computational thinking.
